Refund Policy
REFUNDS
Please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days) if there is a problem with your item. Quality is paramount to us.
After returning the item to us within 14 days, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
All in accordance with UK law.

Ensuring our products get to you in the best condition is our priority, but to help minimise costs, waste and environmental impact, we reuse and recycle wherever possible, including packaging. We hope you agree with us! The protective sleeves we use are recyclable too.
We have chosen UK based suppliers that use ethically sourced materials, have great recycling policies and hold FSC certificates where applicable.

Fulfilment Times
All of our products are hand made to order by us in Devon.
We take pride in making sure that all of our products leave here in perfect condition, and we take our time to ensure that each item exceeds your expectation. We advise the following order fulfilment times:
- For standard Open Edition Prints Only, Cards Colouring Books and Calendars, please allow up to 1-3 working days for dispatch.
- For Framed Prints & Large Format Prints, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch.
We will notify you via email when your purchase is dispatched.
